About Gator Mike
I was born on a warm, sunny day—March 24, 1946—in Atlanta, Georgia. I spent my early years in the Atlanta area before relocating to Delaware in October of 1988, where I now call home. I’m a proud graduate of West Fulton High School and hold a BBA from Memphis University, along with several computer and internet-related certifications.
I share life with my partner of 30 years, Tina, and our loyal little poodle, Buddy. I’m also the proud father of two amazing children—a son and a daughter—and the youngest of three brothers, which explains my lifelong comfort with being the “baby” of the family.
Professionally, I spent decades as a railroad engineer, working freight for L&N Railroad before retiring from Amtrak in New York. Retirement didn’t slow me down—it redirected me. Today, I’m a full-time internet marketer driven by curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love for learning. My mission is simple: help others succeed online while continuing to grow and challenge myself in the digital world.
I have a passion for giveaways because they allow people to experience products they might not otherwise be able to afford. Creating those moments is what keeps Giveaway Gator fun, authentic, and community-driven.
My three biggest passions are:
