Almondina cookies are delicious crispy cookies chock full of almonds. I almost hate to tell you that they are healthy, because then some of you may not want to try them. They are cholesterol free and have no coloring or preservatives. They have no added fat, the almonds are the only thing that has fat. They have no added salt. They are only 30 calories a slice, and are kosher and dairy-free.
